  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders or any unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Canada Post Expedited Parcel):
    • Delivery Time: 2-7 business days within Canada.
  • Express Shipping (Canada Post Xpresspost):
    • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days within Canada.
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: Varies by destination, typically 7-14 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (Within Canada):
    • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.99 CAD.
    • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $19.99 CAD.
    • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 CAD qualify for free standard shipping.
  • International Shipping:
    • Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
  • Tracking Updates: You can track your package using the tracking number provided on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We ship to PO boxes within Canada via Canada Post.
  • International Restrictions: Some products may not be available for international shipping due to customs regulations. We are not responsible for packages held or confiscated by customs.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@getskinbeauty.com, and we will initiate a claim with the carrier.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Address Errors: We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for a correction and reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

9. Delivery Attempts

  • Signature Required: Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Missed Delivery: If you miss a delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to retrieve your package.
