Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original sealed packaging.
    • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original sealed packaging cannot be returned.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
